    Job Summary :

    The Busser is responsible for cleaning, running food, bussing restaurant tables and side work. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors efficiently.
  • Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
  • Display knowledge of the restaurant menu and assist guests with general questions.
  • Interact courteously with guests, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Notify managers of any quality or service issues.
  • Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals per safety guidelines.
  • Follow company policies, dress code, and safety standards.
  • Restock and clean all stations as necessary.
  • Support with answering phones, greeting, seating guests, and preparing silverware when needed.

    • Job Requirements :

  • No prior experience required - training is provided.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum age requirement varies by state (17 years in AZ, CO, OK, TX; 18 elsewhere).
  • Current Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one where applicable).
  • Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
