- Work on job sites assisting with all aspects of commercial roofing.
- Inspect and repair all types of roof systems
- Troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution
- Inspect and perform interior repairs/projects
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Must have knowledge and experience working with commercial roofs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be eighteen or older
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must have the ability to move quickly and work efficiently
- Must have the ability to set up and take down ladders
- Roofing and construction experience
- Previous experience in residential and commercial roofing and service work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof.
