Responsibilities:
- Possess the ability to sell assigned and self-generated opportunities.
- Present persuasive sales solutions to customers.
- Follow and achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
- Be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase sales opportunities.
- Clearly communicate with customers and support staff.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Roofing and construction experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Not afraid of heights
- Understand OSHA safety protocols.
- Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof

This is a guaranteed salary PLUS commission position.
