What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Sales Consultant position at P.J. Fitzpatrick, LLC?
Job Summary: A sales position responsible for selling PJ Fitzpatrick Inc. home improvement projects to potential customers. The product lines include tubs, showers, windows, doors, roofing, siding, and gutters.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Learn and fully embrace the company’s selling methodology and incorporate the process on every appointment
2. Conduct in home presentations to educate customers about PJ Fitzpatrick products
3. Learn the parameters of each product line PJ Fitzpatrick Inc. provides to its customers.
4. Visit jobsites to watch and learn the installation process of each product line
5. Maintain close ratios and NSLI (Net Sales per Lead Issued) that meet the company average.
6. Update all leads on a daily basis and turn in all necessary paperwork within twenty-four hours
7. Attend weekly sales meetings and small group sessions
8. Maintain company property (trucks, iPads , samples, etc.) in a clean, professional manner
Job Requirements:
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Good computer skills
3. Negotiation skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Professional/courteous
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
