Schedule : < / strong> FullTime Monday Friday 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM (Weekend OnCall Rotation)

As a Bath Warranty Technician< / strong> youll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with installed bath and shower systems while ensuring toptier customer satisfaction. This role also includes assisting with active installations as needed and keeping detailed reports on service calls and repairs.< / p>

What Youll Do : < / strong>< / h3>

• Troubleshoot and diagnose bath and shower system issues providing effective solutions< / li>
• Perform handson repairs and installations using hand and power tools< / li>
• Evaluate potential repair needs and provide written estimates for nonwarranty work< / li>
• Complete work orders and collect customer payments< / li>
• Maintain company vehicle ensuring it is clean and properly serviced< / li>
• Deliver exceptional< / strong> customer service ensuring satisfaction with every job< / li>
• Communicate regularly with the Warranty Coordinator< / strong> after each job to report findings< / li>< / ul>

  What Were Looking For : < / strong>< / h3>

  • 5 years of handson experience< / strong> in troubleshooting and diagnosing bath or shower installation concerns< / li>
  • Experience in bath installations plumbing or general home improvement< / strong> is a plus< / li>
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently< / li>
  • Excellent communication and customer service< / strong> skills< / li>
  • Detailoriented with a sense of urgency< / strong> in completing repairs< / li>
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 105 lbs.< / strong> work on ladders and spend extended time driving between service locations< / li>< / ul>
