What You'll Do
As a central point of communication, youll:
Coordinate Schedules: Efficiently manage installation calendars using CRM tools to align daily capacity goals and customer needs.
Drive Success: Proactively solve same-day challenges, including weather delays and material shortages, ensuring minimal disruption.
Communicate Effectively: Keep customers informed with real-time updates, confirmations, and resolutions always aiming for a 5-star experience.
Support Installation Operations: Partner with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure every job is fully prepared and equipped.
Maintain Accuracy: Verify all post-installation documentation, payment details, and ensure CRM data is current and correct.
Problem-Solve: Log and resolve customer concerns efficiently, documenting all interactions and updates in systems like ServiceTitan or Salesforce.
Close the Loop: Coordinate with accounting to confirm final payments and update project statuses.
What Youll Bring to the Role
Core Skills:
Strong experience with CRM platforms (ideally ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Experience & Background:
Minimum 1 year in a production coordinator, dispatcher, or project manager role in construction, home improvement, maintenance, or utilities.
Experience working in or with a call center environment is a strong plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
This role is a hybrid position - Some in-person trainings and in-office presence required.
