Sales Manager (CAP Market)
Job Summary
PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager to lead our Northern New Jersey sales team. In this role youll oversee sales operations mentor and develop team members and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high sales standards and meeting established KPIs. Our ideal Sales Manager is motivated detailoriented and an excellent communicator committed to helping each team member excel in their role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit all new sales contracts for accuracy.
- Manage lead schedules assigning qualified leads to Home Improvement Consultants (HICs).
- Develop train and mentor the sales team through weekly meetings small group sessions and regular ridealongs (15 per month).
- Coach and support HICs focusing on both team and individual performance.
- Conduct customer followups to address concerns and identify solutions for customer retention.
- Develop HIC coaches to support sales goals and professional growth.
