The Farmer's Table in Medina, OH is looking for one chef assistant to join our 51 person strong team. We are located on 320 South Court Street Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe
- Ensure health and sanitation standards are in compliance with regulations
- Properly store and dispose of food
- Assist in training new kitchen staff team members
- Assist Chef in all duities
- Communicate professionally with customers and FOH staff on all issues
Qualifications
- Proven past experience in this position
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Food handling certifications that apply
