P.J. Marley's, Located on Historic Medina Square, is looking for Cooks that can grow with our team. We take pride in every meal we make. The Ideal candidate will have experience working on the line in a kitchen, understands food safety standards, ability to take direction and direct others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Cook food to order in a high volume and timely manner
- Work with other line cooks to make a successful shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cook
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Self-driven, Punctual and reliable
