The Farmer's Table Restaurant is a scratch, Farm to Table, Full Service Restaurant, located in Historic Downtown Medina. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Chef to achieve excellent quality food, customer satisfaction and work as a team
- Train and develop line cooks to company standards
- Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs
- Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly
- Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
- Work with Chef to ensure kitchen is running at peak performance
Qualifications
- Experience working as a grill cook, sous chef or chef in a team environment
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
