Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform repairs and replacements of worn or damaged parts.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
