POSITION SUMMARY:
As an ASP, you will positively impact client satisfaction through flawless execution, project management and administrative support for three sixty Business Managers, Analysts and other three sixty personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Administrative Support:
- Managing Kroger and internal systems (ex. 1worldsync, VIP, Levante, DemandTec)
- Prepare and submit documentation & forms (ex. IMF, Contracts, etc.)
- Support client payment reconciliation process
- Expert use of computer applications, ex. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams

Client Support and Engagement:
- Support the development of client & Kroger presentations
- Support the development and management of promotional plans
- Collaboration with Kroger procurement team on purchase orders
- Communicate with Kroger, Clients and internally in a professional manner

Reporting & Analytics:
- Create & distribute weekly & period scorecards
- Create & distribute inventory reporting
- Update and maintain item grids

Project Management:
- Manage and communicate progress and timelines on assigned tasks & projects
- Independently recognize and set priorities
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish common goals
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year degree in Business Marketing, Operations, Economics or equivalent education
- Must be one to take initiative & solve problems
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Skill and diplomacy in dealing with people
- Experience handling customer inquiries and issues
- Knowledge of internet, email and web-based applications
- Must have strong Microsoft application skills, specifically proficient with editing and creating Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new programs
- Adapt to advancing technology and Kroger systems
