Responsibilities:

TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION, 1 YEAR MAINTENANCE TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (SEE BELOW FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

P&M Automotive is currently hiring for one of the following positions:

Hourly Technician at $20-$30/hr DOE

-or-

Flat Rate Hourly Technician $25-$35/flat rate hour DOE

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

· Performing thorough bumper to bumper vehicle inspections on every customer vehicle that enters our facility

· Draining the oil from a vehicle and replacing it to manufacturer specifications

· Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid

· Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues

· Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications

· Installing new car parts, such as air filters, oil filters, windshield wipers and batteries

· Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing

· Diagnosing existing issues and consulting with lead mechanics on the team to address the vehicles’ issues

· Creating detailed service reports for customers

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
