PO&G Resources is a rapidly growing, twenty-five-year-old private oil and gas company located in the Galleria / Uptown area of Houston, TX. With the ongoing expansion of our operations across multiple areas in the US and the launch of a second investor fund, the company is seeking a key individual to fill the position of Data Analyst . The candidate will report to the Supervisor Regulatory and Production Reporting and work directly with the company's Operations Engineers and field personnel.
Key responsibilities include :
- Prepares, monitors, and maintains oil and gas allocations.
- Monitors and maintains data entry associated with oil and gas volumes, end of month reports, chart integrations and crude oil run statement balancing.
- Monitors and maintains production volumes of companys operated properties to ensure run tickets / statements are recorded accurately.
- Works with field staff to ensure production is captured correctly.
- Trains new field operators in the use of digital capturing set-up and data entry.
- Maintains professional working relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Provides team with any production information or analysis of date as requested.
- Becomes proficient in and understands field flows.
- Becomes proficient in Avocet software and can accomplish simple delivery setups.
- Prepares partner reports of monthly reporting.
- Adheres to the companys values integrity, ownership, urgency, deadlines, alignment, and innovation.
Qualifications : Previous Data Analyst experience or bachelors degree with zero to three years of experience :
