P&R Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Multi-Family Property Cleaner for our newest 140-unit multi-family development, Cannery Square North in Eau Claire, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our properties, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for current and prospective residents. This role involves cleaning unit turns, common areas, and construction cleaning for new building openings. This position is in-person, full-time, Monday-Friday day shift, located at 2016 Oxford Ave. Eau Claire, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and dust surfaces.
• Restock items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies
• Clean and prep apartments for new move-ins
• Perform all cleaning duties necessary including construction cleaning of common areas and individual apartment cleaning to ensure leasing expectations for new building openings
• Partner with the Property Manager to complete inventory and maintain par levels for supplies
• Inspects all assigned apartment and common areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet expectations
• Completes other duties as assigned

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Produces the required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties
• Adheres to P&R Companies attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, general work rules, and construction safety procedures
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows all procedures for employee incidents, and is knowledgeable about emergency procedures
• Attends all required department and property management meetings
• Must be reliable and consistent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to reach all areas of the building on a timely basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Requires frequent kneeling, squatting, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability, and visual acuity
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience cleaning experience
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
