Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Cold call and respond to calls quickly
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Schedule driver orientations and training
- Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
A successful Recruiter must consistently demonstrate the company's Mission and Values. They must have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports, 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety required, Microsoft Office knowledge, previous work experience in customer service or sales preferred, excellent written and oral communication skills, must be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skill, and willing to be flexible to train in additional operations capacities including Driver Management and Load Planning.
