As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for using your exceptional communication skills to interact with customers, drivers, and other team members. You will also use your organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
- Cold call and respond to calls quickly
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Schedule driver orientations and training
- Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety, Microsoft Office knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous work experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
