Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire fabric product only lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring our products meet textile market needs and drive business growth.
Duties
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and textile market trends
- Collaborate with sales, textile marketing, and engineering teams to drive product success
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business impact
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Experience
- Proven experience in fabric and textile product management, preferably in software or technology industry
- Strong background in customer relationship management and sales strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business development
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in market analysis and defining Go-to-Market strategies

Pay: $184,243.00 - $199,654.00 per year
