Responsibilities

Arrive early enough to make sure working station is cleaned and sanitized

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Count sandwiches sold for the current day and including shapes

Stock and rotate all bakery items including but not limited to

eggs, flour, sugar, yeast, bread, spices, garlic butter and cinnamon butter

produce 16 trays of bread in a 8 hour shift

mix butter and grind provel when ask to do so by a Manager in charge

6 loafs of bread on a tray, 12 trays per rack

Bakery must be cleaned and all bread must be stacked before leaving

Oven and proofer must be turned off

Mixer and all equipment must be wiped down

All ingredients must be stocked and rotated and put away for next use

Bakery should be left cleaned and organized

Baker must ask a manager if the bakery can be closed

If baker is finished early may be asked to help in the kitchen or other stations as needed
