Are you an experienced Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plan biller with intake and authorization experience as well? Arizona Home Care is seeking a professional to join our team and help manage our revenue cycle.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will work with our intake and billing department to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and cash posting for Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans. The focus will be on navigating the challenges of the Home Care industry to help maintain efficient revenue cycles. This position is ideal for an experienced home healthcare biller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate billing of Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial Plans for home healthcare services.
- Monitor collections, payments, and cash posting.
- Help investigate and resolve slow payments and denial issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing intake/billing processes.
