Job Summary

  • This position will be the first line of contact with customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • This position will be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail deliveries, field new hire processing, assisting other staff with various clerical duties, and other administrative office support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Availability: Must be available to work 7:00am to 3:30pm (30 minute lunch break), Monday – Friday.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of full-time experience in a customer service based role.
    • At least 1 year of full-time experience in a role with major phone responsibilities.
    • Preferred not required: 3 months of experience in an administrative assistant related role.
  • Computer Skills: Basic typing skills. Basic skills in email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, specifically Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.
  • Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
  • Communication Skills:Good oral communication skills.
  • Reasoning ability: Able to effectively problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
