The Help desk Technician will be responsible to provide technical support to P2 Construction INC. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. This role involves troubleshooting computer systems, software, and network issues, as well as providing technical guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Assist with network connectivity issues.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
- Provide basic user training and support.
- Install, configure, and maintain gps hardware and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
