We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and outgoing Office & Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations, client interactions, and marketing efforts. Schedule & Growth Potential:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 3 hours per day (9 hours per week).
- Additional hours available as the position contributes to successful closed sales.
Responsibilities: Client & Sales Support:
- Make outbound calls to leads, engaging in friendly and professional conversations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments based on provided criteria for sales manager.
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing helpful and timely responses.
- Maintain and update client records, including call outcomes and follow-ups.
Office Administration:
- Print and organize sales materials.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
- Keep track of deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills—outgoing and confident in conversations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations positive.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, office administration, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in basic computer programs for scheduling, email, and record-keeping.
- Must be able to work in the office—this is not a remote position.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour potential performance incentives.
- $100 Bonus for every successful appointment.
- 5% Bonus on sales resulting from schedule appointments.
