Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AxiomSL regulatory reporting platform, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, finance teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze regulatory reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement AxiomSL solutions, including workflows, data transformations, and reporting frameworks.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Axiom configurations, data sourcing, and report generation processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FR Y-14, Basel, CCAR, etc.) and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams.
- Coordinate with CTS/WAB teams to align project goals and ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enhancements for Axiom components.
- Maintain documentation and provide support for audits and regulatory inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in AxiomSL platform development and regulatory reporting.
- Strong expertise in Axiom Controller View, Data Sources, Portfolios, and Aggregations.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management (Oracle, SQL Server), and ETL tools.
- Experience working with financial regulations (Basel, CCAR, IFRS, FR Y-14, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimizations.
- Ability to lead end-to-end implementations, including design, development, and deployment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in banking/financial services domain preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Cloud-based AxiomSL deployments.
- Knowledge of Python, Shell Scripting, or other automation tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
