Job Description:
Resource should have overall experience of 7-10 years with EDI communications.
know EDIFACT and ANSI X12 standards in EDI communications.
Have thorough knowledge of ASN (DESADV) and Scheduling (JIT Calls) (DELJIT) messages.
Understand technical data flows in EDI architecture
Be knowledgeable in SAP MM, PP, EWM processes in relation to EDI communications
Understand how EDI data is translated inbound and outbound have strong Supply chain knowledge, understand business processes that drive supply chain data
Familiarity with EDI Infrastructures and end to end EDI data flow
Ability to document and create support response playbook
Follow up and attention to detail
Position is accountable for:
- monitoring alerts and support SLA's.
- Attending weekly business user group meetings to help understand and resolved outstanding business support issues.
Develop, document and maintain business system support processes and workflows
Work with Business, SAP Enterprise Team, Lucid EDI Team, and True Auto Support to understand impact of development changes to support processes
Develop relationships with business users and support vendors collaborating with them to resolve support issues.
Escalate and manage high/urgent priority issues until resolution.
Work with EDI support vendor to resolve any operational issues.
Completing support procedure documentation utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills
Support routine day to day interactions with vendor partners
Coordinate and test implementations with business and /or new vendor partners.
EDI, EDI Mapping and EDI Languages preference is EDIFACT vs ANSI
