Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the Salesforce Provider Portal.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications to support business processes and reporting needs.
Manage and mitigate risks and issues associated with design choices and application performance.
Define and implement user roles, profiles, security settings, and access settings, including User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security policies.
Identify opportunities for application optimization, integration, and redesign to enhance efficiency.
Support configuration updates and develop custom validations, automation, and Apex code based on business requirements.
Ensure proper change management and deployment processes within Salesforce Lightning Platform.
Identify production risks and areas for improvement, implementing best practices for ongoing development and maintenance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of application features.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Familiarity with deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX, CI/CD Pipelines).
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify, analyze, and resolve production risks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
