Job Description: Skills and Qualifications:
- Pure Storage and IBM storage systems, including IBM Flash System, SVC, V7000, and DS Series.
- Hands-on experience with storage migration tools such as Pure Storage Active Cluster, Flash Array, and Kompr
- Strong knowledge of storage protocols, including iscsI, FC, NFS, and CIFS.
- experience with large-scale data migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and integrations.
- Experience leveraging Komprise for efficient data classification, migration, and tiering.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues during migrations to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with phased, and change-controlled approaches to migrations and cutovers
