Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Infrastructure

Salary: $81,120 -$95,680

Level: Entry-Mid

Position Requirements (Entry)

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required
• 0-2 years' experience in mechanical design for new and existing commercial buildings preferred but not required
• EIT preferred by not required
• Proficient with Revit
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn mechanical code

Working Knowledge

• Strong interest in building science, thermodynamics, and HVAC design
• Ability to communicate effectively with people through oral presentations and written communications
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in desire to learn how to build strong client relationships
• Computer literacy, including all core applications and the ability to quickly learn as needed
• Experienced at using a computer, preferably knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
