Job Title: Real Estate Photographer (No Experience Necessary – Will Train!)
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and responsible Real Estate Photographer to join our team! No experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate. This role involves assisting the owner initially and gradually transitioning to working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Drive to assigned properties for scheduled photo shoots.
- Use a provided camera to take high-quality photos of interiors and exteriors.
- Create a simple floor plan using your smartphone.
- Upload and send files to the editing team (no editing required).
- Potential to expand duties to 3D virtual tours, videos, drone photography, and more, leading to higher pay.
- Training will initially start by working alongside the lead photographer to assist with shoots, including preparing homes, completing simple floor plans using a smartphone, and uploading files.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Own a smartphone, computer and high-speed internet for uploading photos/videos at the end of the day.
- Willingness to learn and follow training.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
- Courteous customer service and professionalism.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Small homes start at $25 per shoot, with pay increasing for larger properties and additional services.
- Mileage is reimbursed at $0.7 per mile (federal rate)
- Most home shoots can be completed in just 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Flexible schedule – work when you’re available. Shoots are typically Monday through Friday, but weekend opportunities may also be available.
- Workload will start slow but can grow, especially during spring and summer.
