We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and water heaters.
- Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and implement effective repairs.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in plumbing work.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues, ensuring proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing SALES
- Proven experience as a commercial plumber or in a related role.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license (as required by state or local regulations).
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
