About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians to job sites, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service and timely project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in customer service or dispatching
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Dispatching and Customer Service
• Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC systems

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch service technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Skills:

As a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher, you will utilize your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians to job sites. You will also use your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple service calls and customer interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications will be essential to maintaining accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. 

In Office - Five-day work week that will involve weekends, 8-hour schedule.
