About the Role:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple service locations within the assigned region. The RVP will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize service delivery, and improve operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong customer focus. This role will collaborate closely with divisional leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional service operations as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless execution of company strategies across multiple locations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance versus plan, maintaining or exceeding budgeted financial targets.
- Oversee operational processes, customer relationships, and regional service delivery to drive efficiency and quality.
- Assess business operations, analyzing people, processes, and technology to provide recommendations for maximum optimization.
- Lead regional leadership teams in policy, procedure, and operational excellence.
- Utilize data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and financial performance enhancements.
- Oversee fractional partnerships, training programs, customer contracts, and agreements within the region.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive company growth, stability, and market leadership.
- Evaluate and optimize service operations by developing new policies and procedures, establishing regional goals, conducting audits, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Play a key role in shaping the regional team’s vision by enabling them to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in business operations, service management, or related fields will be considered.
