We are currently seeking a Residential Licensed 02 Plumber for our Wenatchee, WA Territory.
This individual is responsible for the assembly, installation, retrofit and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, cooling, water, and drainage systems utilizing accepted industry practices and theory.
Job functions and duties (other duties may be assigned)
- Studies building plans and working drawings to determine work required and sequence of installations.
- Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe.
- Locates and marks the position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors.
- Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
- Cuts and threads pipe.
- Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass.
- and lead, and nonmetals, such as glass, vitrified clay and plastic.
- Joins pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, pro-press and caulks joints.
- Fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is leaking.
- Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners.
- Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains.
- Welds holding fixtures to steel structural members.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations by using good communications skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Three years of experience working as a licensed plumber doing service calls, repairs, and remodels within homes.
- Experience with boilers, pumps, and familiarity with building mechanical systems.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common. Fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
