We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of residential HVAC systems, utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting and structural layouts. Ability to perform HVAC installations and retrofits a plus.
$2,5000 Sign-on Bonus eligibility for candidates possessing all the Certification, Licensing and Experience requirements detailed below!
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all HVAC products and equipment, using the appropriate tools and test equipment, and following wiring schematics or installation manuals accordingly, to diagnose and repair units, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Studies industry literature, manuals, and training materials to continue developing a better understanding of the HVAC industry and attends training programs designed to further working knowledge of the industry.
- Service Titan Experience a plus
- This position may directly supervise the HVAC Field Technician Apprentices
Certification, Licensing and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years' documented HVAC Field Service experience
- 06A or 06B License in Washington State
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
