WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and execute the ERP implementation with minimal customization.
Guide stakeholders in data input, migration, and transformation, or complete the work independently as needed.
Train internal teams on system functionality and processes.
Ensure seamless integration with Shopify and Dynamics CRM (if applicable).
Work within a structured framework to complete implementation on time and within scope.
Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition.

WHO YOU ARE
You have successfully completed your master's degree, ideally in Information Systems / Technology or Business Administration.
You have a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
Ideally, you have experience in SAP implementation.
You have strong knowledge of finance / tax, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, fixed assets, and payroll services within an ERP system.
You are able to lead, train, and support end-users throughout the transition.
You have experience with data migration, transformation, and validation.
You are familiar with Shopify and CRM integrations.
You have strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and with teams.
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You have experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
You previously held leadership roles in ERP transitions.
You have an understanding of third-party system integrations (e.g., payroll, scanning systems).
You are characterized by a precise, independent, and structured way of working in a fast-paced environment.
You think ‘out of the box' to create solutions when none exist.
With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
Your English skills are solid, German is a plus.
You are willing to travel.
You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
