We are seeking a bilingual General Foreman with journeyman-level experience in the tree care industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work in the field when needed, and a clean driving record. Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Excel / Google Sheets, industry software) is essential, and while a CDL is preferred, it is not mandatory. As a General Foreman in our Utility Division, you will supervise daily operations, manage crews, and uphold safety and quality standards across all projects. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and adherence to ANSI, OSHA, and customer standards.

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) : Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Client and Team Liaison : Serve as the primary contact between clients, contractors, and field teams.
• Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in the tree care industry, with journeyman-level skills in climbing, pruning, and tree maintenance.
• Leadership : Proven ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, maintain morale, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Safety Standards : Knowledge of ANSI and OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Documentation : Submit daily and weekly reports, including safety documentation.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in email, Excel / Google Sheets, and industry-specific software (e.g., OneVM), adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Driving : Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL preferred.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge / skills
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Perform other duties as assigned
