Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window Kernel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and has a proven record of accomplishment in computer security.
Responsibilities

• 3 years of professional software development experience writing in C, C, and Python.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience developing and testing kernel-level software for Windows.
• Three years of Windows kernel-level debugging and diagnostics using tools such as the Windows DDK or Win DBG or equivalent.
• 3 years of demonstrated in-depth experience developing, testing, and debugging software for Windows OS using Visual Studio IDE and Windows SDK.
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Windows Low-Level Systems development and API.
• The position will be located on-site in Chantilly, VA, not remotely from our office in Perry Hill, MD.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Window Kernel developer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio IDE and Windows SDK languages are preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS).
