Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, offer test drives, and explain benefits and pricing.
• Provide detailed information about financing options, warranties, and trade-ins.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and terms, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
