The Field Inspector is a corporate liaison and actively performs site inspections including P4 Officers, Vehicles assigned to designated portfolios and post orders documenting findings utilizing software reporting tools. The Field Inspector also enforces security protocols, policies, and procedures as defined by P4. The Field Inspector reports directly to the Field Operations Manager.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm, Monday-Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Off Thursday & Friday.

Field Inspector Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections at designated P4 portfolios.
- Ensures proactive steps are taken to provide a safe and secure environment for on-site staff.
- Assigned a company vehicle and phone for duration of shift for P4 business purposes.
- Respond to staff / client / site emergencies as they arise and ensuring appropriate communication to the Security Operations Center and Operations Managers alike.
- Log shift activity of P4 Officers using established systems, processes, and protocols.
- Prepare written reports and disseminate them to appropriate partners.
- Conduct all tasks in a professional manner upholding the standards of P4.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Assist Fleet Specialist with assigned duties.
- Other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Driver's license in good standing
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must possess a FOID Card.
- Must possess Valid and Active PERC Card.
- As a condition of employment, an employee must be able to successfully complete a seven-year criminal background check and a pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to provide reliable transportation to consistently get to and from work on time.
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
