Lead Security Officer - Chicago 2nd Shift $18
P4 Security Solutions LLC invites you to join our rapidly growing team as a Security Guard.
The Lead will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the team is executing security services as they are outlined in the post order manual and accompanying policy and procedural guidelines as directed by P4 Security Solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact to the customer.
- Conducting walking patrols of building/ facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the work site.
- Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
- Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby/visitor reception, loading dock security, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.
- Writing detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports during shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
- Contacting appropriate individuals (operations manager, field management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift.
- Ensure that team is following all company procedures and policies, maintaining acceptable attendance, and adhering to all customer service standards. Including providing feedback, coaching and discipline as necessary.
- Participating in all mandatory company and site orientation and training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You must be 21 years of age.
- Active PERC (Permanent Employee Registration
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
- Strong customer service skills.
