Security Control Room / Lead

Responsibilities :

  • Dual role : Friday & Saturday Lead duties. Sunday-Thursday (Command Center)
  • Responsible for observing a large number of cameras while multi-tasking.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, notifications, emails, and calls for service in a professional and customer-friendly manner..
  • Process, forward and log information from incoming calls and operate after-hours switchboard in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
  • Log shift activity of various officers / buildings using established systems, processes, and protocols.

Requirements :

  • 20HR Basic Training Certificate
  • Active PERC (Permanent employee registration card)
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate-level computer skills with Windows, MS Office, and internet.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing conditions, urgent matters, and emergencies.

    • Schedule : Thursday-Saturday 3pm-11pm & Sunday / Monday 7am-3pm.
