The Highly Skilled Concierge is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, and visitors while delivering exceptional concierge services. This role requires a blend of expertise in customer service security operations, and problem-solving, creating a seamless environment that balances both safety and luxury. The individual in this role must be vigilant, discreet, and adaptable, able to handle security incidents and guest requests with professionalism and poise.
Job Skills / Requirements
The concierge will be responsible for:
- Provide high-end concierge services, including ensuring that all client requests are handled efficiently, with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Offering exceptional customer service to everyone who visits the location.
- Multi-tasking based on company Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, lobby/visitor reception.
- Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Coordinate with other security personnel, building management, and concierge staff to ensure seamless service delivery. - Foster a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Address concerns or issues promptly, providing solutions while balancing both the guest experience and security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of customer experience.
- Strong customer service and professionalism skills.
- Preferred PERC Card
- Preferred 20 Hour certificate
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
