Job Description
Your responsibilities as a Principal will be to lead the due diligence and investment management process by :
- Individually contributing and leading more junior resources through the investment and due diligence process.
- Participating and presenting in investment committee meetings.
- Working in a team environment to select portfolio companies that will generate alpha.
- Participating as a value-added member of boards & working with management teams to deliver growth and value (supported by P4G’s captive consulting team; called our Portfolio Resource Group).
- Leveraging P4G’s sourcing networks to identify and source attractive opportunities.
- Contributing to P4G’s investment processes, thought models, and other tools that strengthen P4G’s investments and investment acumen; collectively, P4G University.
- Participating in training and mentoring junior resources to grow their skill sets and level of contribution.
