As the Senior Scheduler, your contributions will directly influence how our projects move forward. You’ll partner with multiple teams to ensure timelines stay on track, dive into the details of critical schedules, and provide insights that keep everyone aligned. Whether you’re creating baseline schedules, addressing unexpected changes, or exploring “what-if” scenarios, your work will be an integral part of the project’s success.
You’ll also :
- Offer solutions and guidance when schedules face delays or scope changes.
- Stay ahead of risks by analyzing data and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Be a trusted resource for earned value analysis, time impact studies, and everything in between.
- Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring schedules reflect the full scope of work.
Who You Are
You’re the kind of person who sees the bigger picture but never loses sight of the details. Your background in scheduling is extensive, with at least 10 years of experience and solid expertise in Primavera P6. You’ve likely worked on large, complex projects (bonus if those included rail construction!) and know how to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
