What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Manager position at PA Connecting Communities?
This person oversees daily in-home operations and assists clients.
Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of experience in an ID/D Residential Program
- Be familiar with 6400 and 6100 regulations
- Be responsible for some on-call responsibilities
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle or means of transportation, valid insurance
- Be able to lift and transfer up to 100 lbs
- Be able to pass Criminal Background check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI check.
- Have pre-employment physical, TB test, and be able to perform essential functions of the position
