Roles And Responsibilities
Strategic Research and Insights
- Conduct and deliver professional, insightful research summaries from secondary sources and subscribed databases.
- Monitor energy industry trends and developments, compiling daily news summaries and fulfilling ad hoc research requests to inform strategic decisions and consulting engagements.
- Oversee the procurement and management of data sources, licenses, and databases, ensuring seamless operations while adhering to internal protocols and approvals.
- Manage vendor relationships, including purchasing, approvals, and ensuring compliance with budget and expenditure guidelines.
- Coordinate the development of proposals, RFQs (Request for Qualifications), and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Manage vendor registrations and monitor procurement sites for opportunities, sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Support subcontractor onboarding and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with requirements and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and subcontractor data for efficient navigation and reporting.
- Ensure the production of high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports, adhering to PA Consulting’s document standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing systems and best practices, ensuring consistency and accessibility of strategic resources across the team.
- Take ownership of assigned projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a strong network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide additional strategic support and research as needed to align with business goals and client needs.
