Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
We’re a start-up ODP agency headquartered in Bala Cynwyd with a bold mission: to expand high-quality non-residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are approved to provide In-Home and Community Support (IHCS), Companion, and Community Participation Support (CPS) services — now we’re looking for a Director of Community Relations and Program Development to lead our growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs), Administrative Entities (AEs), and other referral sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funding sources and community partners
- Oversee Direct Support Professional (DSP) recruitment and hiring to support service expansion
- Manage day-to-day program operations ensuring compliance, service quality, and participant satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve financial growth and program quality objectives
- Represent the agency in community events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Experience with ODP-funded services (IHCS, Companion, CPS) and understanding of Pennsylvania’s intellectual and developmental disabilities system
- Proven ability in business development, community relations, or program growth roles
- Strong skills in recruitment, relationship management, and program oversight
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

This is a Bala Cynwyd-based position with local travel required to engage referral sources and visit service locations.
