Video Monitor
Full Time (non-exempt)
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Video Monitor Technician to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring live video feeds, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of our Grow/processing facility as well as our dispensaries. This role requires the ability to remain focused for extended periods, possess excellent observation skills, and respond effectively to critical situations immediately escalating noted concerns to a supervisor. The position operates on a commitment to 3, 12-hour shifts and 1, 4-hour shift per week. This position will be essential to the safe and secure day-to-day operations of the facility.
LISTING OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance key duties/responsibilities in fulfilling the Primary Duty.)
· Continually monitor live footage, communicating any necessary details to the appropriate team member and security.
· Maintain working knowledge of the facility, along with happenings on the property to appropriately monitor team members.
· Greet and assist team members as well as authorized vendors and visitors when entering the facility; ensure detailed, accurate visitor records and strict adherence to visitor management protocols as outlined within the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Act.
· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly manner; take and relay messages to intended recipients.
· Receive, sort, and notify team members of deliveries, mail, etc.
· Write reports and follow recordkeeping protocols as mandated by the organization.
· Respond and direct employees at the location during a crisis event.
· Ensure compliance with the Medical Marijuana Act and/or any applicable regulations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS (Required for the job, and not the employee’s skills/experience)
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
· Valid driver’s license, in good standing.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
· One-year relevant experience in an office or other applicable environment.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
· Demonstrated organization and communication, both verbal and written, skills.
· Knowledge of technology, including PC, Microsoft Office, and other computer programs.
· Exceptional customer service skills & demonstrated attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to operate in a team as well as individual environment.
OTHER:
· At least 18 years of age with no felony convictions.
· Maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment.
· Comply with confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements.
· Must pass extensive background security check.
