This place is a Unique 35 bed Personal care home with a positive & supportive work environment; offering competitive salary/compensation/incentive package.
As a personal care home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility. Your duties will include:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations and Resident care/services
- Responsible for all company and state licensing regulations, standards and policies
- Primary contact with families, staff, medical professionals, regulators, community, etc. Willing and able to create and maintain strong positive relationships
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain committed staff
- Ensure excellent quality care & services
- Maintain a clean well organized home
- Promote the home from within, as well as outside in the community
- Lead marketing and networking in order to maintain or exceed occupancy goals
- Willing and able to participate in all aspects of care and services as needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
