Locums CRNA
Location : Spokane, WA
Compensation : Base Rate of $230 / hr
Overview : Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). We are seeking skilled and compassionate CRNAs to provide top-notch anesthetic care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Benefits :
Competitive base rate of $230 / hr
Open to any state license, with assistance provided for obtaining a Washington state license
Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 3 shifts per week (8-12 hour days, depending on scheduled procedures)
Overtime compensation after a 40-hour work week
Responsibilities :
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide patient education and support pre- and post-procedure
Requirements :
Current CRNA certification and eligibility to obtain a Washington state license
Minimum availability of 3 shifts per week with flexibility to accommodate varying shift lengths
Ongoing availability for at least 6 months is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
