Locums CRNA

Location : Spokane, WA

Compensation : Base Rate of $230 / hr

Overview : Locums Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). We are seeking skilled and compassionate CRNAs to provide top-notch anesthetic care in a dynamic and supportive environment. With flexible scheduling and competitive pay, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Benefits :

  • Competitive base rate of $230 / hr
  • Open to any state license, with assistance provided for obtaining a Washington state license
  • Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 3 shifts per week (8-12 hour days, depending on scheduled procedures)
  • Overtime compensation after a 40-hour work week

Responsibilities :

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide patient education and support pre- and post-procedure

    • Requirements :

  • Current CRNA certification and eligibility to obtain a Washington state license
  • Minimum availability of 3 shifts per week with flexibility to accommodate varying shift lengths
  • Ongoing availability for at least 6 months is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
